Roasted Turkey Breast

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
  2. Inject the turkey breast with the chicken stock using a food syringe. (Watch video for how to do this)
  3. Place the salt on the bottom of a baking pan.
  4. Flavor the turkey with Nick’s Rub.
  5. Place the turkey breast on top of the salt in the baking pan, place in the oven, and roast for 1 –
    1 ½ hour until it reaches the temp of 160 degrees inside.
  6. Let the turkey breast rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Cut in slices and serve

 

Ingredients:

  • Turkey: One whole boneless turkey breast tied like a round roast ( let your butcher do this) about 4-6 lbs
  • 12 Oz. of chicken stock
  • 3 tablespoons of Nick’s Rub
  • 2 cups of rock salt

 

Nick’s Rub:

  • 1 tbsp of onion powder
  • 1 tbsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp of paprika
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of pepper
