When you are ready to roast the veal, wrap it in aluminum foil with 6 cloves of garlic and V bunch of thyme. Roast the veal for 3 hours at 250 degrees.I love this recipe because it allows you time to be with family and friends. You may cook the veal two days before and just reheat.125'
