I loved how gooey yet crunchy they were, and so warm To this day, eating popoversstill reminds me of being a kid.WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE DISH TO EAT?TO PREPARE?I like to cook with the seasons, so instead of a favorite dish, I simply prefer to go to the marketsand buy whats fresh and local, and cook from there. My style is always big and complex flavors,so I inject this into what I find at the market.IS THERE A FOOD YOU HATE/DONT LIKE?Ive traveled all over the world and will try anything once. In Mexico, I wasnt fond of the intestinesin chile sauce. (The sauce was amazing, but the intestines were a little rubbery and not yummy.) I try not to hate on food and give everything a chance.
