b'Giovanni was always my favorite uncle. Shortly after he passed away, I quit my Wall Street job and started my restaurant adventure as a dishwasher. When I went to the hospital to see him before he passed away, he held my hand and told me to go after my dreams, before it was too late. Many years before, I had made this clam dish for him, and hed told me then that I could cook as well as my father. He believed I could, before I did. That instant in his hospital room changed my life. I had taken this photo many years before, and this is how I always want to remember him. Grazie, Zio Giovanni!'
